Yesterday on Twitter Nothing twitted a teaser video of The Nothing Phone 2, showing their collaboration with Swedish House Mafia, a renowned DJ group. In partnership with Swedish House Mafia, Nothing Phone 2 offers users the ability to personalize and remix custom sounds using the new Glyph Composer. By tapping the pads, users can create unique combinations of light and sound and even craft personalized Glyph Ringtones. The Nothing Phone 2 features the Glyph Interface, a rear design concept with hundreds of LEDs. While similar to its predecessor, the Nothing Phone (1), there are subtle refinements. Design of The Nothing Phone 2
Although this teaser video doesn’t provide us a good look at the slightly modified new design, we already know what the Nothing Phone 2 will look like thanks to the renders leaked by @OnLeaks via Smartprix. In the leaked renders we can see the Glyph Interface has changed very slightly compared to Nothing Phone (1). There are some spaces between the LEDs. And the red video recording indicator is now a horizontal line instead of the previous circular dot design. There’s also a new Dual LED flash. Here are the leaked renders, which give us a pretty good idea of the design of the Nothing Phone 2:
Expected Specifications and Launch Date
The teaser video shared by Nothing reveals no additional features of the Phone 2. With a dual rear camera setup and a centrally aligned selfie camera, these are the only things we get to know from the teaser video apart from the new slightly modified Glyph design.
