Familiar Design
The leaked design images of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE showcase a triple-camera setup, a feature that is expected to continue from its predecessor. Notably, this smartphone is likely to include a telephoto camera sensor, which is relatively uncommon in devices within its price range. The camera module has undergone changes compared to its predecessor, the S21 FE.
When comparing the design of the Galaxy S23 FE with Samsung’s current lineup, it bears a striking resemblance to the Galaxy A54 model. The upcoming smartphone is expected to feature a flat display with a size of approximately 6.4 inches. According to SisaJournal, the Galaxy S23 FE is anticipated to be priced around 20-to-30% cheaper than the base model Galaxy S23 with 256GB storage, which is priced at $799. This would put the expected price range of the S23 FE between $560 and $640.
It’s important to note that the information provided should be taken with caution until more reliable sources confirm the details about the Galaxy S23 FE. However, a price of $599 would align with the previous pricing strategy of Samsung’s FE models. The Galaxy S20 FE and S21 FE both started at $700, so it would be unexpected if the Galaxy S23 FE came in under this price point.
Launch Date
Although Samsung has not officially announced the launch date for the Galaxy S23 FE, speculations suggest a possible unveiling alongside the next generation of foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5. These devices are expected to be revealed during the second part of the Samsung Unpacked Event, scheduled for July 26, 2023.
